Have you ever wanted to use your joystick to control the mouse? No? Well I have. This program gives a little window that has one option... speed. You can minimize the window to the tray to save space, and will continue to control the mouse. You can completely do without the mouse if you have the program load on startup (put a shortcut in the startup folder).
