Hex View is a very simple hex viewer. Unfortunately, there are no editing capabilities. Pass the file you want to view as a command line parameter (or just drag a file onto it in Windows)

You will notice that this is extremely similar to Mini Hex Viewer, except that this program can scroll up and down, has nicer display, and is an enormous amount bigger. It is definitely the only QuickBasic program you will ever find on this website. It can actually be quite useful (for example, if you need to view a binary file while in a console).
