This file is a crack of Civilization 2 (Gold edition) that fixes a bug in the program. I assume Civ2 was written back in the day, where it didnt matter if your program used 100% CPU, but it's quite annoying for me when the game uses 100% cpu, and doesnt need to be.
I modified two places in the code so that it now calls the Sleep() function to give up the rest of the thread quanta. I included a textfile called civ2hack.txt describing the changes I made, as well as the new civ2.exe file. The version of civ2 that this works with is available on abandonia.com, though this exe may work with other versions.
