Title: Civ2 ToT Patch
Thanks to the helpful people over at Civfanatics, I've managed to make a patch for Civilization 2: Test of Time, which is an updated version of the original. This patch is significantly better than the old patch, and should work for Civ2:ToT version 1.1.I've learned alot since my last patch, and this one does things the "right" way. For instance, instead of directly calling into the dll, I added an import to the IAT for the API call. Also, instead of using Sleep(), I used MsgWaitForMultipleObjectsEx, which increases the response time while further decreasing CPU usage. This effectively fixes civ 2 so that it is truly event driven, rather than polling for messages.
